The annual event of Comicdom Con Athens 2012 took place between 30/3-1/4 in Hellenic-American Union  in Athens Greece.

 Comicdom Con Athens is an annual three-day comics festival, organized by the non-profit organization Comicdom Press and the Hellenic-American Union. In this event, which is based on the standards set by international comics conventions, the Greek audience is introduced  to one of the most interesting Art Forms: famous guests, original art exhibitions, sketch events, panels, documentaries, movies, workshops on comics and related arts, panels, publisher spotlights, retailer booths and comics industry awards.

 On Friday 30^th of March the festival started with the presentation,  for the first time to the Greek audience, of the first Greek feature film with the title :  ‘Dragonphoenix  Chronicles : INDOMITABLE’ which is at its initial production phase by the Underworld Films Team and whose story is based on the Greek comic  ‘Dragonphoenix  Chronicles’ written by Yiannis Ruboulias (editors “Psihis ta Lambirismata’).

 The presentation lasted about an hour and mostly included dialog and Q&A’s between the audience and the filmmaker’s  team about the film. A short  film with the title ‘Indomitable Prelude’  produced by the Team in August 2011, was also screened  for the audience to get a flavor of the atmosphere and the style of the forthcoming feature film.

 The Team of Underworld Films also announced its third funding campaign for the film via Indiegogo, the international electronic crowd-funding platform.

 The participation in the event and the interest of the audience to the presentation of the film was  highly significant exceeding the overall expectations.
